If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Unworn/unused/unwashed garments and accessories can be returned within 3 days of purchase with their original receipt or tag.
2. No returns can be made on discounted products or items on clearance sale.
3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be refunded at the marked down price.
4. All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
5. Please read the care label inside the garment for proper care instructions.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Shipping costs will not be charged to the customer if:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer
- The wrong item was delivered
- In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
Order Cancellation
FilleVilla reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including unavailability of stock, declined payment, inaccuracy of address, and if the customer is not responding to our confirmation calls.
